Our Blog

We should never underestimate the importance of saying goodbye to our loved ones. When we can do so with dignity, we can start the grieving and healing process. Dealing with grief is not easy. Most of us do need emotional support, assistance, and help when we lose a loved one.

Carol D. Ward, Founder of Prepared Love for Families Foundation, Author, Poet, Life Insurance Agent, and Notary Public.

In the Fall of 2017 Carol published her first book, Prepared Love – When Love After Death Lasts a Lifetime. She was inspired to write this book because she felt such a great loss and wanted the world to know how special her parents were and the values they instilled in her and her siblings. She had no intention of it being a so-called “self-help” book, but that is what some have labeled it. In this book Carol explains her own loss of her beloved parents through the story of their lives, from the day they met until the day they were parted. You will also find poetry she had written to her parents as her way of cherishing them and showing them how much she loved them, while they lived. You can find her book, Prepared Love – When Love After Death Lasts a Lifetime, and other writings (blogs) by Carol here.
